tea party people are sick of this

The tea party doesn't want to pit anybody against anybody. If the truth be known, tea party people, the vast, vast majority of them -- are sick of this. The past is the past, and nobody can deny it, but it's not warranted anymore. The Klan was all Democrats. Most people in this country want a unified country built on the concepts of American exceptionalism. I want this country to be known for its exceptionalism. This whole thing is sad. The people who are profiting from this division are doing it financially and they're trying to electorally, while doing it under the false premise that they're trying to help the country and unite it. They're doing nothing of the sort. They're dividing it. George Bush did not want a divided country. I don't want a divided country.
Everybody in this country ought to be proud and love the fact that they're Americans, and I want everybody in this country to have opportunity. I love people. I want them to have the best opportunity they can find. I want everybody to realize the great opportunity that being an American is. So many millions of people born in this country are told and raised and educated that they have no chance and should just hang out, draw a government check and exist on the fringe. That's practically near criminal. There are people doing that kind of teaching and educating. I think it's time it all stopped.
You would think that after 9/11, when our country has been pulling itself up by its bootstraps, that the new leadership in Washington would do everything they could to foster and cheer on all of us as we continue our life paths after 9/11. But NO! Let's throw the proverbial penny on the ground by stirring up racial division and wait for the dogfight.

By the way, dog fighting is illegal, yet grown men and women are allowed legally to get into a ring to beat the brains out of their opponent while others gamble on the winner. Dogs bear numbers in a litter. Humans have one baby at a time, except for multiples, the majority of births are single. Dogs replace themselves every time the wind blows. Some couples can't get pregnant and never reproduce. Why is there a law banning dog fighting and not banning human fighting for sport? Don't get me wrong, I don't like the specter of seeing dogs fight, but, I had rather not either see men and women suffer permanent life-long brain damage for the sake of a paycheck and to make some folks rich on the sport. Are we throwing our devotion to banning dogs from fighting for sport, yet, allowing people to fight and suffer long term ill-effects for monetary gain? Isn't that worshiping the creature and not worshiping the Creator and His beings created in His image??

Back to racial division-
The United States did not invent slavery. The United States invented freedom from 4 July 1776 through the Civil War, all of the 20th century and continues to liberate dictator controlled places in the world even today. Somebody name a country on earth that ever fought a civil war to make men equal. What other country on the face of the earth has so many laws against discrimination? You can't find one.
Our country is exceptional, look around at who is tearing down our exceptionalism and throw them out!

Obama's shoes were first covered in dung from stepping in it with Obamacare, and I guess now tar balls from the gulf coast.  But the tar spreads thickly on both accounts.  Barry's leftists have made bogus claims about tea partiers as being mainstream conservative racists, bigots, homophobes and violent.  Conservatives are largely a peaceable group as evidenced at Dan's bake sale and Hannity's freedom concert tour.
Leftists cannot debate ideas, because they have no original ones.  So when tea partiers protest with what is true on their signs and slogans, the left just spews out hate speech and anarchy.  Obama's buddies stand ready to shut up and muzzle the conservative voices in our country.
Obama's soldiers prattle to the cameras fabrications about violence at tea parties, intimidate by summonsing corporate execs and Obama himself saying that he doesn't want those who created this mess to do a lot of talking.  Then when all of the above fails, the leftists run to the cameras again to paint us conservatives as racists just a moment away from violent acts at tea parties.
For the left to infer that conservatives are racists means that under their standard, Obama is racist in that he reversed welfare reform.  That very welfare reform had reduced black poverty and black illegitimacy rates.  You want more, his liberal education policies have slammed the cage door shut on minorities in failing inner- city schools.  It just keeps on going.
Billy Joel sings a song titled "We Didn't Start the Fire", well we conservatives didn't either.  Take Chris Matthews on PMSNBC when he asked on air, 'are the tea partiers mad because health-care reform was pushed through by an African-American president and a woman speaker of the House?'  Now that is like pouring jet fuel on the backyard bar-b-que pit.
When Obama takes total control of petroleum offshore drilling after BP-ina, thus seizing another portion of our national economy, the public will surely become more outraged and his leftists will smather the ink and video demonizing ordinary Americans, who by now can be considered the real victims of government policy.

Jihadist active duty Army man

heard today that no regular duty military personnel are allowed to carry a sidearm on base/fort on duty; that being aside from military police under the employ of that job.  i know, some of you friends currently active can and will correct that of mine that is out of focus.  if the rule is "we have to be at war" to carry openly on duty here on our homeland, then what was 9-11-01?  i know, it's redundant.  it's just that i saw a plane hit one of the world trade center towers and then those responsible admitted jihad was brought to our place and in our face!  so is it that the military is so scared of the aclu or the commies in washington, that carrying openly by all trained active military here in country will bring about law suits?  if so, then i, as a private healthcare provider, understand the lawsuit thing.  trial lawyers frivously suing the pants off of doctors and hospitals have driven up the cost of getting an xray, lab, shots, meds, and so on.  nowadays when you walk in under the roof of a hospital, and you pay a co-pay, and then your insurance carrier pays the bill for your medical care, you're helping pay into a "rainy-day" fund to pay malpractice insurance premiums, for the place at which medical care is given to those who turn to bite the hands that dress their wounds, serve their food, push their wheelchair, listen to a patient's fear of facing some disease that could merely be their car going over the cliff, metaphorically speaking you understand.      back to the politcally correct cold steel knife of the aclu.  this muslim "psychiatrist" yelled a jihadist battle cry and began firing hot deadly bullets into his "fellow" military men.  and it took a private/municipal on duty policewoman to stop him, because the on duty military men and women around this killer aren't allowed to carry openly while on military duty here in America, where American blood was spilled in an act of jihad??  so, for the sake of the aclu suing the government, a professing muslim, with now known idealistic militant ties, cannot be disallowed entry into the military service of the country of which he will and did later attack??  this country is circling the drain folks, if this is the pretense upon which our sworn to protect have to swallow and the type person our service people are asked to "serve beside".

This year, a trillion dollars was committed in the massive political
payoff called the Stimulus Bill of 2009; it shows NO sign of working; it's been used to increase the size of governments across America and raise government salaries while the rest of us suffer from economic hardships. It has yet to create a single new private sector job. Our national debt projections (approaching $10 trillion) have increased 400% in the last six months.

"Cash for Clunkers" was established in 2009 and went broke in 2009. 80% of the cars purchased turned out to be produced by foreign companies and dealers nationwide are buried under bureaucratic paperwork demanded by a government that is not yet paying them what was promised PLUS we now find out that the $3500 or $4500 people got for their "clunker" is considered TAXABLE INCOME by the IRS!

So, with a perfect 100% failure rate and a record that proves that each and every "service" shoved down our throats by an over-reaching
government turns into disaster. How could any informed American trust our government to run or even set policies for America's health care system (17% of our economy?)

I guess I must be on the wrong page? A vehicle at 15 mpg and 12,000 miles per year  uses 800 gallons a year of gasoline. A vehicle at 25 mpg and 12,000 miles per year  uses 480 gallons a year. So, the average "Cash for Clunkers" transaction will reduce US gasoline consumption by 320 gallons per year. They claim 700,000 vehicles ? so that's  224 million gallons / year. That equates  to a bit over 5 million barrels of oil. 5 million barrels of oil is about ?  of one day's US consumption.  And, 5 million barrels of oil  costs about $350 million dollars at $70/bbl. So, we all contributed to spending  $3 billion to save $350 million. How good a deal was that ??? They'll probably do a great job with health care though!!
